Everything you need to know about Deyson products, how to order, and how we handle warranty and support.
The Deyson name is new. The instruments behind it are not. Deyson is a family-owned brand — built on a conviction held across generations that musicians deserve instruments engineered to a single, uncompromising standard. Our manufacturing partner has been producing professional percussion instruments for decades, supplying musicians and distributors worldwide through OEM and distribution channels — instruments that have been in professional hands under various names. Deyson is the family's decision to go direct: to bring this manufacturing heritage to musicians under our own name, with full transparency about the craft, the alloys, and the standards behind every piece we produce. No intermediary. No markup for a name you don't recognise. Just the instrument.
B20 Bronze (80% copper, 20% tin) is the industry-standard professional alloy. It produces a complex, rich tone with strong harmonic overtones — used in the Master Series. B8pro (92% copper, 8% tin with a refined processing spec) offers a brighter, more direct tone with enhanced projection and durability — used in the EVO Series. Both are professional-grade alloys; the choice depends on the sonic character you're after.
The EVO Series suits advancing players, regular rehearsals, and live club settings. The Master Series is built for professional and studio use, with six distinct voice profiles. The Essential Series (students/beginners) and Quiet Series (low-volume practice) are currently in development and will be available in an upcoming product phase.
Each Master Series voice — FMX, FVK, FVY, FDX, FDW, and FAA — is engineered to a specific tonal identity. FMX is bright and cutting for rock and pop. FVK delivers vintage darkness for jazz. FVY is ultra-dry for studio accuracy. FDX is a hybrid configuration. FDW offers atmospheric low-frequency wash. FAA is the balanced professional standard. Visit the Showroom to explore each profile with our interactive radar chart.
Deyson products are configured and sold as complete cymbal sets. Individual components within a set (hi-hat, crash, ride) are listed on each product page for reference. For custom configurations or replacements, please contact us directly.
Both series are in development and will be available in an upcoming product phase. You can register your interest via the Contact page and we'll notify you at launch.
Deyson instruments are precision-manufactured in Vietnam, in partnership with a foundry whose bronze crafting lineage traces to the mid-1700s — one of the oldest active bronze-working traditions in the world. Every instrument is built to specifications developed from decades of acoustic engineering research, with quality controlled by our team at every production stage. Ancient craft. Modern science. One standard of excellence.

Deyson cymbals are covered against manufacturing defects — including keyholing around the bell hole, uneven casting, and finish delamination under normal playing conditions. Coverage periods vary by series: Master Series (3 years), EVO Series (2 years), Essential Series (1 year). See the full Warranty page for details.
The warranty does not cover damage from excessive striking force, cracking from improper stand mounting (overtightened), damage from dropping or transport mishandling, or normal surface wear from regular use. Cymbals are precision instruments — they require appropriate hardware and playing technique.
Email info@deysons.com with clear photographs of the defect, your order reference, and a brief description of the issue. Our support team will assess and respond within 5 business days with next steps.
In most cases, cymbal cracks cannot be reliably repaired without affecting tone and structural integrity. If a crack is determined to be a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will arrange a replacement. Cracks resulting from improper use or excessive force are not eligible for warranty replacement.
